The small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority of the Sultanate of Oman has signed a cooperation program with DHL Express, a world leader in international shipping and express delivery, to empower small and medium enterprises owners and craftsmen and promote the growth of their businesses through a package of initiatives.

The cooperation program between the authority and the leading company in the field of international shipping and express delivery will reflect positively on small and medium-sized enterprises by obtaining a discount rate of up to 30% on shipping services inside and outside the Sultanate of Oman.

The program will also work to provide greater business opportunities for SMEs by at least 10%, in addition to providing storage spaces dedicated to storing SME products and crafts within the company.

The program also includes the provision of a consulting package and training programs in the field of e-commerce and the development of local suppliers.
